Both Holy Ghost LPs on one. 22 great Christian psychedelic songs that are sure to blow your mind. These boys were going to Catholic High in the late 60's, dropping acid, and listening to the Beatles. The result is cool, intelligent, raw, psychedelic sounds like 'Know They're You', 'Walk Across the Waters', 'Step Into the Wind' and more. This is the best example of what Christian psych can be.
The members of this group were all students at Regis High School in New York City. Their albums have a strong Christian theme. Indeed they were put out by the Paulist Press, a wing of the Missionary Society of St. Paul the Apostle in the state of New York. Their first album was essentially poppy, but the second one may interest readers. The lyrics were full of religious propaganda but a few of the tracks like Magnificat 70 are instrumentally interesting. The title cut is an interesting folk-rocker and Know They're You is quite garagey.
