      A Guatemalean/Mexican four-piece whose albums of soft beat/pop are now very rare and sought-after. The first album was originally released in Guatemala, but a U.S. promo-only release came a year later. It includes Spanish versions of pop-psych tunes like Colors Of Life and The Sun Is Going Black.



      Los Chijuas

      Debut late sixties album from one of Mexico's most successful band. Starting with their hit cover of "The Mighty Quinn", the rest of the album is all original material driven by insistent keyboard and guitars. Overall a Beatles/Beach Boys sound permeates with plenty of luscious harmonies and psychy summery pop.
