      Between August and October 1970 meet in Chile Raul Ruiz and Saul Landau-American-filmmaker to co-produce a film set in the political climate
      that the country was living at that time.
      Raul Ruiz to Los jaivas proposes to create part of the music, while Landau arrives with Country Joe McDonald as his music producer.
      The meeting with Country Joe, who came with the cartel had successfully acted in Woodstock with his band The Fish, the idea of recording a
      series of improvisations, of which fragments will be extracted for musicalized certain passages of the film. The recording is conducted during the
      last period of filming, while each continued with their activities separately ...
